Unveiling the best ways to navigate the Eclipse season

Tomorrow's New Moon Eclipse is not any normal New Moon experience. October begins with an incredible surge of energy it is after all the final eclipse of the year.
It feels like a time for change, transformation and perhaps putting a different structure to our lifestyle. New Moons + Eclipses are both New Beginning energies, so this new energy shift is truly amplified right now.
Things to expect include... Unexpected Circumstances + Emotions will arise.
The question is how will you handle them? If you know they are coming you can avoid certain challenges and avoid spiralling things out of control.
Today, I had to remind myself every hour that yes tomorrow is the New Moon Eclipse and I need to give space for my kids to be emotional, for my husband to be emotional, and for myself to be emotional. However, knowing where we stand is a good practice. Allow the emotions to come and go and do not attach to them.
We are in that part of the year where many are already done with it. Ready to move on!
However, this in-between moment is exactly where the magic can begin.
A few days before and a few days after we are in the Eclipse portal so remember that when...
Emotions are high, intelligence is slow!
Remember to stay focused things will feel pressurized and we need to be gentle with our reaction.
Emotions will be amplified so use them wisely!
Emotions are energy in motion.
Motion is the action we take right now.
We have to be mindful this week that our actions will have a response from the universe, so really honing in our emotional responses is KEY right now.
It's exciting to be at the end of the Eclipse season. For me, there have been many shifts, quite humbling and surprising in many ways.
Remember that for carbon to turn into a diamond it needs a lot of pressure.
Think of the eclipse season just like that it is bringing added pressure to your life to allow you to turn into a diamond yourself.
The purpose of life is to be challenged so that we can maximize our power.
We increase our power by using our power. The only way to gain is to give.
This is not supposed to be a torturous or painful experience. As we mature in life we learn how to enjoy the pressure. Yes, I can enjoy the ups and the downs.
As we mature, we remind ourselves to have the perspective that the universe is working for us and that our life is moving on an upward trajectory.
The energies that are available to us are tremendous right now.
You are not moving backward or downwards, you are moving UP!
Allow this final eclipse season to be a time when you choose to challenge yourself and enjoy it.
This eclipse is joined with a week-long cycle with Venus in a Grand Trine with Mars and Saturn which is about spreading the message of love.
Love is a frequency that we feel and this will highlight the importance of the relationships in our lives during this time.
Overcome the frustrations, thoughts, and emotions that will arise and use them as fuel to challenge yourself out of your norm and into a new level of playing field for you and your beautiful family.
