Continuous, Content and Continuous... 3 ways to infuse your life with new energy

I have been preparing for the New Moon in Cancer and was reflecting on the second half of 2024 that begins next week.
My intention going into this new cycle is to replace competing, comparing and confusion with contained, content and continuous.
Contained meaning... keeping in my lane, remaining peaceful in the face of adversity and with the celebrations.Being mindful of my use of technology and where I let my mind wander.
Content.... a way of being that is grateful for what already is happening and in this way amplifying my energy, my power and impact.
Continuous... is about staying focused on the task at hand, what exactly are you trying to make happen this week, this month and in the second half of 2024?
Continuous being consistent in your practise and meditations. Continuous being in flow, staying in flow and being grateful for the flow of life as it is.
Take a look around at the people around you and make sure they are growing.
You are the leader. You are the director and the direction.
In between this Solstice and the next New Moon is always this sacred window. The things we seed and nourish now will have at least a 6 month impact on our lives.
The next 30-40 days it's all about putting in the extra effort, extra practise and going the extra mile in all areas of your life that are calling upon you!
Welcome in the abundance, welcome in the vastness of this one beautiful life we have together!
